As the principal coach and owner of Harvest Coaching (founded in 2006), Tammy specializes in assisting small business owners, executives, leaders and their teams to discover and implement effective communication strategies and solutions based on value-centered approaches that increase productivity, build and sustain trusting relationships, and ultimately creates enduring profitability.
