Dear Friend,

The impact of the recession has certainly taken it's toll on many people in a variety of ways.  Does any of this sound familiar to you?

*  Feeling Stressed?

* Striving to do it all and often by yourself and alone?

What is even more detrimental is that we have allowed ourselves to catastrophize this event and cause inaccurate thoughts to control our actions.  The very actions that are necessary to create business, to develop and sustain the relationships that support our career and our families.
